Blood is Red Fluid presence of RBC. It flows in the every nerves of the body .Approximately 5 to 7 liters blood present in human body .If any nerves doesn't come in the contact of blood then a guy may be die
That's why the blood doesn't enter in the cell ,it flows through the nerves and fulfill all requirements

Blood cannot pass through the cells directly, because cell is smallest unit in all living organism and blood is a fluid which includes n number of cells such as red blood cells (RBC) and white blood cells in itself.  

Blood flows through arteries, where the arteries branch divide in to smaller and smallest tubes.

The smallest tubes are called as capillaries, which supplies oxygen and other nutrients to the cells. Substances passes through capillaries wall with the help of filtration, diffusion and osmosis.
