It is hereby notified that our school is going to open a blood donation camp at the school premises on D/M/20xx for the local people of this society.Willing people to donate blood for the noble cause are asked to enlist their names to the undersigned on or before D/M/Y.
The camp will remain open from 7 am to 4 pm to receive the donors. The donors will be supplied with food (i.e., milk, eggs, bananas, etc).For more information contact the undersigned.
