Blood flow through the heart step by step
Answers
Answer:
what we have to do in that question
Answer:
The heart is a muscular organ that pumps blood to all parts of body. The blood is carried to heart and from heart through various veins and arteries.
The ones to remember are:
1. Superior and inferior venacava :these are veins that collect and carry deoxygenated blood from parts above and below shoulders to right auricle.
2. This blood deposited in right auricle goes to the right ventricle through a valve (prevents the backflow of blood) called Tricuspid valve.
3. This blood from right ventricle is carried to lungs for purification by Pulmonary artery(the only artery that carries deoxygenated blood)
4. Then, the purified blood enters back to heart through Pulmonary vein(the only vein that carries oxygenated blood) into the Left auricle.
5. This blood is poured into the left ventricle through a valve called the bicuspid valve. This blood is carried back to all organs to supply oxygen by the largest artery in the human body called the Aorta.
