Blood is a fluid connective tissue because it has a matrix .

  • blood are red due to presence of haemoglobin .
  • blood are divided into two types plasma and blood cells.

PLASMA :-

  • It is called live cell.
  • it carry water 90-92% .

BLOOD PLATELETS:-

  • it is called dead cell.

  • blood cells are three types i.e. RBC , WBC , BLOOD PLATELETS.

RBC :-

  • RBC is also called erythrocytes.
  • it is spherical in shape
  • it is carry O2 and CO2
  • it has life span 120 days

WBC:-

  • WBC is also called leukocytes.
  • it makes our immune system strong .
  • life span 4-5 days.

BLOOD CLOTTING :-

  • blood platelets are help in blood clotting.
  • blood clotting have life span 5-7 days..
