Heyaa♡♡
It is :- a) Dialysis.
Dialysis The process of separating the particles of colloids from those of crystalloids by diffusion of mixture through a parchment or an animal membrane. It is used in the purification of blood in the artificial kidney. The dialysis membrane permits small particles of excess ions and waste products to pass though whereas colloid sized particles such as haemoglobin do not pass through membrane.
Hope it helped you.

The correct answer is option (a) Dialysis.
- Dialysis works by filtering the liquid by ultrafilter using a thin layer of membranes and the concept of dissolving solvents. Diffusion is a feature of liquids that tend to flow against the concentration gradient.
- However, dialysis is not a permanent solution; rather, it should be considered a temporary alternative to kidney function until the kidneys have repaired it. But chronic kidney damage will not be able to heal itself, which is the only solution for kidney transplantation.
