But after time it forms a clot...if it does not there r deficiency of platelets in our blood, we should intake vit c and k more...

Blood oozes out when there is a small cut on the body, because the pressure inside the blood vessel inside the body is more than the atmospheric pressure... Liquids flow from high pressure to low pressure..
