=> The reason of low pressure of blood in veins and high pressure of blood in arteries is given below :

✔️Blood pressure is high in arteries because the blood is direct pumped by the heart to all the body parts through arteries ao the wall of arteries are thick and there is no need of valves because pressure is high.

✔️Blood pressure is low in arteries because the blood is not pumped by any source such as heart so the wall of veins is thin and requires valves whick prevent the back flow of blood.

Answer:

Because blood in arteries is pushed by heart to move it round the body in one go..mtherefire arteries have thuch walls to accommodate high pressure of blood... however blood in veins is now pushed by any organ...therefore it flows with less pressure and also have thin walls. They also have valves to prevent the backward flow of blood.

Hope it helps
