Heart is made specifically to pump blood at high pressure to the organs. It, therefore, sends blood at a pressure in the arteries. But the same does not happen in the organs and veins.

arteries are those blood vessels, which take blood away from the heart. And you might be already knowing that, heart pumps the blood. To pump the blood some pressure will be exerted.
But, veins carry blood from organs and tissues.
So, veins are not connected to any pumping organ like heart. so, pressure in veins will be low than arteries.
