Your arteries and high blood pressure. The arteries are the large blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to all the organs and muscles of the body, to give them the energy and oxygen they need. The arteries manage the flow of blood by controlling the speed and direction it flows in.

Veins operate at a lower blood pressure, since the blood has lost considerable pressuretraveling through the arteries and capillaries. Therefore, veins are less muscular than arteries. Also, many veins must transport blood from the lower body up to the heart. This requires the blood to flow against gravity.

Blood pressure is high in the arteries because the blood has to reach to the upper parts of the body.
And low in veins because the veins take the blood to the lower parts and the heart.

uthor13: is it right or not
pratyushssb: idk
