Ghost used blood stains to haunt new comers of Canterville ghost.As he used to haunt all.Maid at canterville said that these stains are of Mr.Simon's wife who had been killed by Mr.Simon 300 years back.A/c to her these stains wont erase but Mr.Otis and family didnt accepted that ghost occurs and gave the reason that they are from developed society. And dont believe in ghost.Mr Otis' eldest son cleaned the stains.But every morning stains reappeared and too everyday in new colors.Those colours were theft by ghost from virginia's colour box.
