Blow off a lighted candle by pinching the wick with metal tongs. Then quickly bring another lighted candle close to the wick. The extinguished candle will light before the lighted candle touches the wick. Why ?

when the candle blows out with in contact with something especially in its luminous zone it releases a black substance. u can light a candle and do the same. when fire catches on the black soot it lights the candle. there is an experiment of this on the internet.
