Blue crystals of a substance changes to colourless on heating ,but the blue colour reappeared once it is moistened. Identify the substance and the phenomenon involved

it's copper sulphate with water of crystalisation = CuSo4.H2O

when it is heated

CuSo4.h2o---------heat--------> CuSo4+H2O

CuSo4 is white in colour and it is powder.

and when it is again moistened

CuSo4+H2O----------->CuSo4.H20

it become CuSo4.H20

means again crystal of blue colours.
