If we dip blue litmus paper in a solution and it remains blue so the nature of the solution is basic or neutral.
If blue litmus is dipped in acidic solution so it will turn blue and if red litmus turns blue so the solution us basic in nature.
Neutral:-Neutral is solution which is neither acidic or basic in nature. It'll neither turns the blue litmus red nor red litmus blue.
