boards time had arrived I am studying continuously and I am having both Mental and Physical problems like I am having Back pain,headache,stress of boards,etc
due to long sitting I am suffering from variuos distraction also like YouTube videos, instagram,etc

Please help me and let me ouy of these problems I am feeling very tensed

Try to focus on your goal and think of it all the time.
Go out to play for at least an hour so that your body is exercised and you feel fresh.
Leave your phone or tab aside and study walk every one hour or when your legs start to pain.
Drink a lot of water it will reduce stress.
