sold it to Joel at 10% loss.

Joel then sold the bicycle to Bina at 20% profit and

Bina sold it to Lia at 10% profit.

To Find : how much Lia paid for the bicycle.​

Solution:

Bob paid for cycle = Rs 15000

sold it to Joel at 10% loss.

=> Joel Paid = 15000 - (10/100) 15000 = Rs 13500

Joel then sold the bicycle to Bina at 20% profit

=> Bina Paid =  13500 + (20/100)13500  = Rs 16200

Bina sold it to Lia at 10% profit.

=> Lia Paid = 16200 + (10/100)16200  = 17820  Rs

Lia paid for the bicycle.​ = 17820  Rs
