Step-by-step explanation:

Bob runs around square park of side 75 m

in one round he cover distance of

4 × 75

= 300

he makes three rounds

= 300 × 3

= 900 m

Tom runs around rectangular park l = 100m b = 60m

distance covered in one round

= 2(l + b)

= 2(100 + 60)

= 2 × 160

= 320 m

he makes 2 rounds

= 2 × 320

= 640 m

900 - 640 = 260 m

therefore Bob covers 260 m more distance than Tom

hope you get your answer

Step-by-step explanation:

around around square park of side 75 m

in one round he cover distance equal to = 4×75

= 300

he marks three round = 300×3

= 900

tom run around rectangular part equal to 1 =100 m b= 60

distance cover in one round =2(I+b)

= 2(100+60) =2× 160

=320m

he mark to run equal to =2 X 320 =640 m =900 - 640 = 260 m

:. Bob cover 260m more distance than Tom
