Then for every 24 hours it gains 20 minutes

on the second day 8:00 AM the clock would have gained 20 minutes.

If On the third day, he decided to reset the clock again at 8:00 AM

On the fourth day 8:00 AM the clock have gained 20 minutes

so, if the clock indicates 12 PM then the true time will be 12: 20 PM
