by using BODMAS THEORY :

=1/4(1/4+1/3)-2/5

=1/4(3+4/12)-2/5. (by taking LCM =12)

=1/4(7/12)-2/5

=7/42-2/5. (by multipliyng 1/4 and 7/12)

=35-84/210. (by taking LCM= 210)

=-49/210 is the answer
