Momentum = mass × velocity

=> 500 = 5 × velocity

=> velocity = 500/5 = 100 m/s.

So, we already know that kinetic energy

= 1/2 × mass × velocity × velocity

= (1/2 × 5 × 100 × 100) Joule

= 25000 Joule
