Boiling seeds fail to sprout because by boiling the nutrition which we have to consume will destroy, and the main reason is that the cell which is required for sprouting will get destroyed.By boiling the seeds, the enzymes which is required for germination is destroyed and hence the the seed fails to sprout/germinate
