Explanation:

Vapour pressure or equilibrium vapour pressure is defined as the pressure exerted by a vapour in thermodynamic equilibrium with its condensed phases (solid or liquid) at a given temperature in a closed system.

The equilibrium vapour pressure is an indication of a liquid's evaporation rate. Thus it is related to the ease of vapour formation.

Higher is the boiling point difficult is the vapourization thus lower is the vapour pressure or vice-versa.

Among A, B, C, D lowest boiling point is for B i.e 60

C thus will have the highest vapour pressure at room temperature.
