because in rainy water there is no salt and it is pure water and Sea water contains salt so it takes more time to boil.

Boiling point of a liquid depends on the impurity dissolved in that liquid. With increase in the impurity the boiling point also increases. A liquid boils only when the pressure of the vapour above it becomes equal to the atmospheric pressure.

In sea water there is a large amount of salt. Imurity is very high. Hence vapour pressure decreases and boiling point increase but in rain there is not salt as impurity. Hence boiling point of rain water is less than sea water .
