bolshevik we consider the Russian Revolution as only the first stage of the revolution because at that time menshevik were ruling and they were making many operative policies and not providing much relief to the normal people at that time the leader of bolshevik think that there should be another Revolution if they didn't do this they put face and Munnar tea instead of democratic government which they want so that they want an another Revolution and called the Russian Revolution as the first stage of revolution.
