In nh3 nitrogen is more electronegative so it will attract electrons towards it, as a result repulsion occurs so bond angle is more. And in Nf3 fluorine ismore electronegative so repulsion will be less and bond angle is also lesserthan nh3. But in case of pf3 backbonding is possible so bond angle ismore than ph3.
