Bond angles involving multiple bonds are generally larger than those involving only single bonds. however, the multiple bonds do not affect the geometry of the molecule.

Only sigma bonds ie single bonds are take in account when deciding the geometry of the molecule and pi bonds have nothing to do with the geometry of nolecule

The reason is that in hybridization hybrid orbital overlap axially and form sigma bonds whereas the unhybrid or non bonding orbital overlap laterally and form pi bonds

bond angle is the angle made between the two atoms in a compound or molecule.
when number of bonds increases bond length decreases and bond angle is increased.
