Cyclohexane has the chemical formula of C6H12 and forms a six-membered ring. This ring does not form a flat hexagon, because the bond angle strain is too hard on the molecules. Instead is forms a chair conformation so that each bond angle is about 109.5 (the ideal bond angle).
