just because fog is present on ground of winter morning and it gets absorbed by the sunlight which is falling on the ground and that water goes up back in the air by the process of evaporation.

Because fogs are present on the ground of winter morning and it gets gradually evaporated by the heat of sunlight which falls on the ground and subsequently water goes up back to the ambient air by the process of evaporation. And this process continues as the water cycle.

Evaporation is a kind of vaporisation that takes place on the surface of a liquid as it converts into the gaseous phase.

The moisture evaporation should not saturate the surrounding gas.with the collision of liquid molecules, they interact and transfer energy to each other based on the nature of collision with each other.
