Boojho has seen in television
programmes that whales and
dolphins often come up to the
water surface. They even release
a fountain of water sometimes
while moving upwards. Why do
they do so?

Answer:

1)They come to the surface of water to take oxygen as they are water mammal.

2)They release water from their blow holes because they take in water with the small fishes and eat the fishes then release the water out from the blow holes.
