Boojho was trying to draw a comparison between the cell size and the size of an organism. He concluded that the cells of an elephant are larger in size than the cells of a rabbit.

The cell size is independent of the size of the organism. The cell size of a Rat and that of an Elephant are more or less the same. However, what varies is the number of cells. The number of cells in a large organism such as Elephant is much more compared to a smaller organism such as a Rat.
