Boojho while waving his hand very fast in front of his eyes observes that his fingers appear blurred. what could be the reason for it?

the image of his fingers appear blurred becz the lens in the eyes can not set a proper focus on fingers which disturbs the image forming on retina.

This phenomenon is called persistence of vision. Our eyes cannot capture each and every position of each and every motion of our hand to and fro. Thus, the images captured by the eye is slower than the hand moving in real time and hence, due to the variation in positions of the hand and the image, we see a blurred image
