Boojho while waving his hand very fast in front of his eyes observes that his fingers appear blurred. what could be the reason for it?

Our eyes can't distinguish the 2 different positions (in that quick motion).
After 16 fps, our eye can't differentiate the different pictures. Movies have 24fps. But, it is the eye's limitations!
