Book Company complaining about the bad state of books received on transit

Respected Sir,

We ordered a set of 24 books  which we recieved on 4.10.2018 against Cash Memo 254875, dated 02.10.2018. After opening the packet, it was found that the books receieved were not in a good condition. Thus, it is not possible to sell them.

I request you to please change them as soon as possible.
