4) This question seems tricky ;) coz we have given the value of current already. I think you might be confused bcoz of the unit.

Let me explain...

Here, unit is given C/min which is absolutely fine bcoz, we know that, unit of current is Ampere and ampere is nothing but the flow of charge per unit time. i.e. Coulomb/sec is its S.I. unit but we still can use Coulomb/min.

So, the current in the wire is 100A.

5) Specific resistivity is just another word for Resistivity.

Hence,

We know that,

resistivity =R\frac{A}{l}

Now, just substitute the given values,

 = R \times  \frac{2}{10}

 =  \frac{R}{5}

Please note: Here, we get answer in terms of R bcoz we haven't given the value of Resistance in the question.
