borrowers will be always forgetful where as lenders wont why ?

It is just a saying because it is the borrowers who are in need of money at first.After they get the money from lenders to fulfill their needs,they may forget about returning the money while the lenders are the ones who give their money to needful people.So it is them who loses if the borrowers don't return.
