borrows rupees 2000 from Ameen Singh @ 8% per annum after 6 years he cleared the account by giving rupees 2500 and a watch to ameen singh find out the cost of the watch

8% of 2000 means 160₹ per annum
For 6 years means 960₹
₹2000+₹960=2,960
If he clears it by giving 2,500 and a watch then,
2,960-2,500= ₹ 460
The cost of watch would be ₹460
