molar mass of CO₂ = 12+ 2×16 = 44g
44g of CO₂ contains 1 mole of CO₂.
22g of CO₂ will contain = 22/44 = 0.5 mole

molar mass of methane, CH₄ = 12+ 4×1 = 16g
16g of CH₄ contains 1 mole of CH₄.
8g of CH₄ will contain = 8/16 = 0.5 mole

so both contain 0.5 mole of each substances
1 mole = 6×10²³ atoms
0.5 mole = 0.5×6×10²³ = 3×10²³ atoms

So answer is A.
