in cucumber both autogamy and geitenogamy are prevented because in it the male and the female flowers are born of different plants so there is only cross pollination for their fertilization

Answer: A. Papaya

Both autogamy and geiotonogamy are self pollination processes. In autogamy pollination within same flower takes place, whereas in geiotonogamy transfer of pollen from one flower to another flower of the same plant takes place. Both autogamy and geiotonogamy are prevented in papaya because papaya is a dioecious plant which means male and female flowers are on separate plants. Therefore, it involves cross pollination.
