Yes,both the bacteria and yeast reproduce only by asexually.But bacteria reproduce by the process of binary fission in which the nuclei of the bacteria divides followed by the cytoplasm.In binary fission,one bacteria divides into two.Yeast reproduce by budding.In this process,one part of the yeast bulges out and develops into a new yeast.In this process also one yeast develops into two yeast.
