it practice the best system of power sharing to avoid majority rule and conflicts among the population of different languages.
Sri Lanka is same in size as Haryana,
There Sinhalas try hard to rule and formed majority rule making feel others-Tamils as outsiders. Due to which there was a civil war in Sri Lanka.
The main idea of power sharing is to establish a representative form of government and avoiding conflicts but in case of Sri Lanka it didn't happen and they don't possess right system of power sharing.
