Enzymes are usually helpful for breaking down complex substances into simpler ones and that's why they are also called bio catalysts whereas harmones help in development of the body and few harmones like growth hormone helps other glands to secrete harmones as well it's respective enzymes.

Such glands which secrete both harmones and enzymes are called heterocrine glands.eg: pancreas

All enzymes are proteins while some harmones are not.

Enzymes control the whole body while the harmones have specific parts to control.

Hope it helps!!
