both Helium and beryllium have two Valence Electrons whereas the represent a noble gas element B does not assign reasons​

Answer:

Helium configuration has been filled.. but berllium has 2 electrons at outer shell... Beryllium is a metal and tries to give away electrons...and become positively charged atoms.. but helium cannot give away nor take electrons as it's shell is filled completely.
