First Difference:-

Like in case of Scavengers, they feed on dead organisms. i.e.. organisms which either die naturally or by predator, these scavengers feed on the flesh of such organisms.

While in case of Parasites, they also feed on other organisms, but in a different way. They are either partially or completely dependent on Host Organism for obtaining their food or nutrition.
