Both sugar and salt are added to water. Classify the mixtures as homogeneous or heterogeneous

If both sugar n salt are dissolved den it is homogeneous substance...if the water is hot it will dissolve faster n if it is cold water den it will take some time to dissolve.

If sugar and salt both are dissolved in water it is a homogeneous mixture since the components sugar and salt , will not be seen separately anymore since they have taken up the empty space between the water molecules and we also know that the constituents retain their chemical properties and hence alter water's taste.
