Option 1` i.e absorbed religious influence from other cultures is the correct answer.

The Ottomans absorbed the religious influence from Christian culture while as the Mughals from Hindu culture.Though some Emperors encouraged conversion to Islam bu they do no enforced or forced people to conversion. Though most rulers were practicing Muslims but they were tolerant towards other religions as well.

Both the Mughal empire and the ottoman empire had two things in common.

They implemented the religious concepts of other cultures.

The following line will prove that both the Mughals and the ottomans forced the Non-Muslims or christians to convert into Muslims or christians.

The Mughals forced the Hindus to convert themselves to Islam and the Ottomans forced the Christians to convert as Muslim.
