Evaporation is diffeent from boiling as evaporation is a natural phenomenon, occurs on the surface
of the water and also it is a slow process whereas boiling is an artificial phenomenon , it occurs in the bulk
of the liquid and is a fast process.

They are different because boiling require a temprature above specific point and it is gast process but evaporation doesn't require any specific and it is slow process
