The correct answer is option C- Gymnosperms

Both are vascular plants and have phloem and xylem but the difference lies in the structural formation. Gymnosperms do not have vessels and companion cells. Xylem in gymnosperms consists of tracheids instead of vessels. Tracheids are elongated cells consists of thick lignified cell wall.
