Boyle's law is also known as Marriott's law , this law concerns about the compression and expansion of gas at constant temperature. the empirial relation formulated the physicist Robert Boyle in the year 1662

this law states that:-

  • the pressure (p) of a given quantity of gas inverses with its volume (v) at a constant temperature

example:-

let's take a example of a balloon in which air is blown inside the rubber so that the balloon expand, what is one of the end of balloon is squeezed then the volume of the balloon decreased and the pressure inside increase which causes the other part of the volume which is not squeeze expand out.

equation:- p1v1=p2v2

Explanation:

i hope it will help you

please mark it as brainliest

thankyou ☺️
