BRAIN DRAIN is a prosses where people migrate to another country to live there settled life and starts his or her job for that country.
it's related to economic development of any country.
because the arn of that person was the part of that old country's national income of govt. as they move to another country the old country can not get that part of this income so it's a loss for the old country. and the other hand the new country where they shift is getting profit with the extra tax of that man or woman or family .
no one migration without any reason .
if someone see that his or her income will go through a profitable path by shifting into a comfortable place or if they feel more comfortable by shifting another place than the old one the migrate. but it's not real BRAIN DRAIN only when the 5th economy group migrate then it's properly calls BRAIN DRAIN.
