If there was no friction then no objects were stopped until other force exerted on it...
if there would be no friction then we will not be able to walk on the the floor and we would not be able to walk on the road because due to friction only we are able to walk
if there would be no friction then we would not be able to go to the mountains such as Mount Everest by taking rope in our hand and rubbing our hand on the rope
and would not be able to ride our vehicle such as bicycle bike car because between the surface of the tyres of automobile such as vehicle and the road if frictional force exist due to which we are able to move forward and backward
the main disadvantage of lack of friction is that we will not be able to do transportation and globalisation will stop and then we have to search another wait for the transportation and globalisation for the betterment of our daily needs
