The bulb glows beacuse the distilled water do not contain any current carrier but when H2SO4 is added. It decomposes into its ions which act as current carriers.
hrishikeshfbr: hcl was added.Please answer both if the questions
tipusultan93: see dear just remove H2SO4 and write HCl both are correct.
tipusultan93: both are electrolytes.
hrishikeshfbr: and why doesn't it glow when glucose is added?
